I had Parker Services regrade my yard, remove a poorly built retaining wall and haul off a bunch of brush and debris. They came in with quality machines knowledgeable operators and completed the entire job in only two days. Adam's suggestions were helpful and they they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the work. They were also able to get me on the schedule quickly.

This is the second time we have used Parker services and we are so happy with the results. We originally needed land clearing with grading and gravel driveway and now needed more grading work done as well. Adam stepped in quickly and properly regraded surfaces to channel the water behind our property line. After regrading, Adam spread grass seed and hay to retain moisture. The area is now greening and the water is channeling properly behind our property line. I highly recommend Adam's services for a number of important reasons including reasonable price, timely response, and professional workmanship. However, the main reason I recommend his services is his honesty in the assessment of the issue. He consulted us at a moment's notice in a very down-to-earth fashion to recommend a reasonable solution that made much more sense than other contractors' elaborate and costly alternatives. I hired Parker services to clear, grade, and prep my yard for landscaping. The end result was exactly what I asked for, no surprises. Their prices were reasonable. Communication was great. They were flexible and worked around my schedule. One thing that stood out, was the size of the dump truck they brought in. The job included hauling away one truck load of debris. When you pay per load, size matters. In one run, they hauled off what might take two trips for other providers. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I have a rental where the tenant informed me that water was pooling under the house. I contacted Parker who answered the phone immediately. I explained the issue and he said he would check it out after the next hard rain. The next morning was a deluge and true to his word he called me from the rental in the afternoon. He checked the grading and the water flow and crawled all the way under the house to check for water. He informed me that several of the foundation mason block joints needed pointed up but the craw space was dry and the yard grade was working as designed. He recommended I keep the gutters cleaned out to prevent water overflow from the foundation. I could not have asked for better customer service or professionalism. Parker was top notch and I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

The entire crew were complete professionals working diligently and left a clean worksite. Communication was excellent. From our first meeting, leading up to work starting, and during the project, I was continually called or texted to update me on timing. Parker did an amazing job on our yard. When I called about drainage issues in our yard he came out right away. He kept communication open on scheduling and when they came they went above and beyond. They evened out the yard, sloped the front yard to drain away from our house, and removed a tree. Also, did a few minor things with some of the extra dirt. I would highly recommend

I called Parker Services today 3/23/2023 at about 9:30am. I explained that I had some Gravel Rock that had been delivered, and was supposed to be spread into a driveway by another company. That gravel was just dumped off in my yard and left in a pile. As I explained this to Adam, he was understanding, kind and empathetic towards what had happened. Adam told me to send him some photos of the yard and what I wanted. I sent him the photos and he immediately responded stating that he can come out today within a few hours. Adam showed up to my house at about 2:00 PM, Explained what he was going to do, and got straight to work. Adam completed the driveway more perfectly than I had imagined. I called AL Parker Services based on the many previous positive reviews. Parker answered and was nice enough to take the time to speak with me and answer a bunch of questions even though I was just inquiring about costs and services and didn't have an immediate need. Had some work done by Parker Services, yard graded and leveled, I am very happy with the work! Adam is very professional, personable and a hard worker. From the phone call to work completion, was only a week! (Plus Adam came out the same day I called him for services to look at my property) I especially appreciated the texts to let me know his arrival time. He and his crew are prompt on time. Was renovating my yard and had some major drain failure a week before sod came. Needed to get it fixed and add 2 catch basins. Adam was able to get the work done before anyone else was even willing to come look at it and did a great job. He listens to what you want to do instead of just telling you what he wants to do. Having him back out to do some more drainage work for me soon.

Adam Parker was great to work with. I was having a very difficult time getting someone to come out and look at drainage issues in my yard. I have been dealing with a storm drain issue for months and I called Parker to get me a cost estimate. He was prompt to come to my house and take a look and sent me a quote very quickly. This storm drain issue was not a small 6" drain but a long section of 18" pipe buried 3 foot underground! The crew was able to get the job done in under a day. This included excavating the original pipe, putting the new pipe in its place, covering it up, hauling off debris, and reseeding the yard. I was very satisfied with the job that they did. I would recommend Parker Services to anyone who needed storm drain work done.
